Through Utshalo, we offer you access to investment opportunities – big and small – that allow you to build and grow your investment portfolio or to participate in a trading opportunity. Utshalo provides access to the regulatory information that will enable you to make a direct investment, through our online platform. You will need a stockbroking account to participate. We will get the details from you when you choose to participate in an opportunity. These easy steps will help you to get your account set up and ready to start investing.

Step 1: Create your account

You will need to sign up for an account. This is a quick and easy process. Simply click on Sign up to register with your details.

Step 2: Create your investment profile

You need a verified investment profile to participate in any of our investment opportunities. You can create a profile as an individual or as an organisation. Once you have created a new profile, our FICA partner (DocFox), will send you an email to start the verification process. Here you will be required to upload some documents to verify your identity. Access your investment profiles from your account dashboard.

Step 3: Start investing

Once you have a verified investment profile, you are ready to start participating in our investment opportunities. Browse through our exclusive investment opportunities and click on Apply when you find one that interests you. Alternatively, we will notify you when new opportunities come available.

Step 4: Apply to participate

Each opportunity will have a unique proposition. Submit your application by specifying how much capital you would like to invest, and at what price.

Step 5: The transaction will be settled between your broker and the seller or issuer's broker

We will complete the bookbuild or share allocation. If your application is successful, we will communicate the results to you and your broker.
